How it works...
Step One
Inital Consultation
Before your consultation, you will receive a comprehensive medical health questionnaire and a 7-day diet diary to complete. During our session, we will thoroughly review your medical history (both past and present), current symptoms, desired health goals, and lifestyle factors, including physical and emotional well-being. We will also discuss your current diet in detail, using the 7-day diet diary you will have provided. This diary is an essential tool that allows me to gain a deep understanding of your eating habits and identify any potential nutritional deficiencies.
This comprehensive assessment is crucial for developing a personalised nutritional plan that is precisely tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Step Two
Personalised Plan
Following our initial consultation, I will be conducting a thorough investigation into the potential root causes of your symptoms. Taking into account your goals, current health, and lifestyle, I will then develop the first phase of your personalised plan. This plan will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations, complete with recipes, meal suggestions, educational handouts, relevant resources, and a supplement plan. I may also suggest functional testing that could provide further insight into your health journey.
Step Three
Follow Up Consultations
Following the initial consultation and receipt of your personalised plan, we will schedule follow-up consultations every two weeks. These five follow-up sessions, each lasting approximately 45 minutes, are designed to monitor your progress, address any challenges, review test results, and modify your plan as needed.
Throughout these sessions, you will receive additional advice, recipes, and recommendations, along with personalised notes and plans. These sessions are crucial for maintaining motivation and ensuring you stay on track towards your goals.
In your final follow-up session, we will conduct a comprehensive review of your achievements throughout the program and outline the next steps to continue your journey towards a healthier you

All sessions are held online via zoom, but there is an option to have one of your sessions face to face via a walk and talk appointment in and around Buckinghamshire.
